OVERVIEW This website is operated by SafeStep Gear™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SafeStep Gear. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SAFETY

We provide safety footwear designed for work environments requiring protection and comfort.

Quality Commitment: All products are inspected before shipment.
Model-Specific Information: Product construction, materials, testing, and certification vary by exact model and variant. Do not rely on general site language for a safety rating. Review the exact product specifications and request matching documentation before regulated PPE use.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard transit typically takes 7–12 business days for the United States and Canada, and 8–15 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe. Estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Ordinary Non-Quality Returns: A full refund of the item price requires the item to be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use are assessed individually and may qualify for a partial refund; acceptance is not guaranteed.
Defective, Shipping-Damaged, or Incorrect Items: These claims are handled separately from ordinary return eligibility. We will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution, and a claim is not rejected solely because the item has been used or original packaging is unavailable.
Return Shipping: For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products are designed to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all hazards. SafeStep Gear is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or extreme conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
