You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in:

  • Clean and Intact: The item should be clean and free from excessive dirt or damage.

  • Original Packaging: Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Items that show signs of use may still be eligible for a partial refund, depending on their condition.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: SafeStep Gear will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

  • Non-Quality Related Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
