SafeStep Gear - Refund Policy

At SafeStep Gear™, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process for all customers.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

For an ordinary non-quality return, a full refund of the item price requires the item to be returned in:

  • Unused Condition: The same condition as received, without significant wear or damage.

  • Clean and Intact: Clean and free from excessive dirt or damage.

  • Original Packaging: With original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Items that show signs of use are assessed individually and may qualify for a partial refund; acceptance is not guaranteed.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange your item, please contact us at support@safestepgear.com. We will assist you based on product availability.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Shipping-Damaged, or Incorrect Items: SafeStep Gear will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution. These claims are handled separately from ordinary return eligibility and are not rejected solely because the item has been used or original packaging is unavailable.

  • Non-Quality Related Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Return method: By mail.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@safestepgear.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. If the return is eligible, we will confirm the return instructions for sending it to the return address listed above.
